Sig P320 X5 Legion issues

I have the new X5 Legion and I have noticed a couple issues. I am developing a decent knick between the barrel and where the guide rod sits. The weird part is I am not seeing wear anywhere else. Could the guide rod be moving that much while firing?

The spring locks up ahead of that mark, right ?
When you field strip, do you find the RSA out of its nest ?

What about on the locking block ?
Any scrub marks on that ?

It is always in place when i clean it. And the guide rod shows know abnormal wear.

No it is like the guide rod is moving and sliding back up that ramp while firing.

I can't see how the RSA could slide out of its seat, make the mark and then slide back into its seat.
I think it's hitting something in here...

Im not sure how that would be possible. As the guide rod is between the two.

It must be interfering with something when it gets cammed down and then in its linear travel.
Maybe the coils of the spring?

Didn't know if that was possible, but I always look for the easy answer...

I see now in that pic where the RSA nests.
It has to be the spring when it "bunches" under compression.
I don't think I would worry about it.
