You can tell by that trigger that it hasn't been upgraded yet. However, the person who buys it can send it in to Sig, and they will upgrade it, and send it back with a 20% off coupon for their web store. The trigger is amazing. If the grip is too big, they make a smaller one. I did that and it fits right in my hand now. The other place to look is by breaking the slide down and looking for the machined space at the right rear of the slide. That's where the diconnect fits.

I forgot, but if you can pull the trigger without racking the slide and it clicks, then it's another tell tale sign. Regardless, it's a great gun and the upgrade makes it even better.
