Comes with everything(lock not pictured but is incl.)it came with when purchased new in December 2012(11/20/12 date on case)plus the Hogue grip, the 7 round mag. w/extended pinky floor plate($46 new)and the Galco pocket holster.
Has exactly 150 rounds through it; no hiccups, no problems, in excellent condition.
