I have a SIG P229 with both .357SIG and .40S&W barrels, 3x 12 round magazines and 2x 10 round magazines, night sights (though they are pretty dim now), no rail. It was manufactured in 1998, I bought it as a CPO in 2004, and purchased the .40 S&W barrel new at the same time.
I was a part-time police officer in MA, and this was my duty weapon for 6 years. Since moving to WA 2 years ago, it's largely been a safe queen.
Looking for a single-stack SIG in .45.
