Are you happy with the purchase? That's all that matters isn't it?

If you were that concerned about the price you probably should of checked before you purchased it. A return would most likely cost you a restocking fee so you'd be even either way at this point.

Like Tangent mentioned above, all that matters is if you're happy with the gun you bought. I hope in your case that you spent time handling all of your options (i.e. guns) before you bought to make sure it was comfortable for you. The P226 is on my "want" list, so I'm actually a little envious of you!
