OK, first off I would like to apologize for the late response. I was out enjoying nature today void of cell service. I believe I have responded to everyone and at the moment working on a deal with Mitch W. If the deal falls through then I will work down the line of interested parties in order of response. I didnt realize how much interest I would end up having on this and it makes me realize how good of a deal I got it for. Glad to pass on the deal to someone who will put it to good use.
