This is my current precision toy, and occasional companion on hunts when I feel like packing around this much weight. It started as a Remington 700 AAC-SD in .308, which I put in a magpul hunter stock. I added a timney trigger, nightforce one piece mount, and a nightforce NX8 4-32 scope. Suppressor is a YHM Phantom LTA.

Do it all the time. Where I live I have a range where I can shoot 7 days a week, from light until dark out to 670 yards from the bench or prone. Then on several private 171B5AD7-635C-4C24-A641-712608C10E0A.jpeg properties we have AR500 steel targets out to 2100 yards. We also have allot of public land one can shoot on at any time. I hope that is not a public road you are shooting down/over.............................

Mine is just an old Remington police model in 300 win mag. 26" 5R barrel. HS precision M40 stock for long action. I added the kydex cheek rest.
Stock was cut out to use Accuracy international mags, using CDI Precision bottom metal. TriggerTech trigger. Badger rings and base. Leupold glass. Leica laser rangefinder. Pelican case. Butler creek padded sling. It weighs South of 15 pounds.
So far, its surprisingly accurate for a stock Remington barrel. I scored a thousand rounds of old military surplus Lake City 150gr FMJ ammo for 0.20 cents a round before Covid at auction. So I'm happy about that
