Hey shooters, I have been making custom fixed blades for over a decade with James Behring (Behring Made) in addition to a long stint of learning under Ed Fowler, too. My blades are forged to shape with my Little Giant power hammer from 52100 or 5160 round bars or ball bearings, multiple quenched and heat treated over 120 hours and guaranteed hard-users. I offer sharpening, custom leather work, repairs, refurbishing and classes too. Just want to make open doors known to anyone in the Eugene, Oregon area- hit me up and come see what's happening!

Tomahawks don't count unless you're using them a skinning knives.:p
I have done so ( Skinning ) ....and with these being pipe tomahawks...
They have been used to cut tobacco for use in the pipe head.
Plus both are very sharp.

The all steel one with brass tacks in the handle is...new...as in from the 1970's.
The Brass one with the steel bit insert...is from the 1850's - 1870's.
( The handle is a recreation of the original one...the original one was pretty far gone , when I got it. )

The sanrenmu used to be my EDC but I hated the blade play, retired it when I found this solid ZT clone.
The ZT has been my everyday companion for at least six years. It's held up through foraging trips, hikes, and the rigors of my sweaty pocket. If it wasn't for a small edge chip I'd swear it's genuine; the action is still silky smooth and the lock holds firm. I love this knife.

Found this much-used and much-honed Case (523-5?) at a garage sale and walked away with it for a song.

The tacticool Hissatsu was a silly buy but the price was right. The ZT 0006 clone feels solidly made and is shaving-sharp.
