Built this to crooz around in the trunk of my ride. I call her the Trunk Monkey. Some of y'all might remember those commercials...

She's nothing special nor exotic. She's an early entry of mine into the homebuilt AR pistol adventure...


I swapped out a few things from the milspec LPK and replaced them with:
Red hammer and trigger springs
Enhanced bolt catch
Enhanced trigger guard
Mushroom head pivot/takedown pins
Ambidextrous charging handle

Thinking I might throw in a Ni-B 2-stage EPT and a Ni-B BCG, just for funsies...

Two new pickups today -
One was special ordered from PTR and took 7, yes SEVEN months of long waiting for it to get off the assembly line and get through cerakote. PTR407 (PTR91 GI-R in fde cerakote). Also, thanks to a member on here I was able to get 20 surplus mags for the PTR at a great price. There's one of them in the rifle pictured

Second is the NWFA lower to support both the forum and nw custom firearms.


Oh and oops totally accidentally got my Daniel defense MK18 in the picture, not showing that off at all
