I've got a YHM Ti30 can that I've used on my 7.62x39 and like you said, its very effective. I also shoot 300 BO just because I've got probably 5,000 147 30cal projectiles and many thousands of 223 range brass. I also use my YHM Ti30 can for it ... just in case I ever get my full power and subsonic 300BO mixed up. I'm really not sure why I even load full power 300BO when I have cases of 7.62x39, but I do. I've never gotten them mixed up, but I'm wary of Murphy's Law.

Popcorn makes more noise than properly suppressed 300BO ... it makes me giggle every time.
