Couldn't find a set I liked for under $80 for my Kimber Compact Custom so I made some from our counter top material. Took about 1.5 hours but I'm happy with the thinner profile and smoother texture as it does not rub on my lower back when carrying under a tee shirt.

Grip is not an issue, even with wet hands. As you can see, they are far from perfect but for cutting them with hand tools and a cordless drill, they could be worse. CNC cut grips are coming next...
