Uhh no, try 1/2 the price of a sig handgun mag and 1/3 of an HK mag.Yeah, your wallet.
Yeah, sealed back. Celestion V30. I may get a straight face recto cab to move a little more air. That amp and cab are almost ten years old. The speaker is rated at 60 watts, but I had a Theile cab where the speaker was rated at 90 watts. And they can't be used together as the volume on the 90 watt cab is quite a bit lower than the Recto cab. So I got rid of the Theile. What do you think of the 1x12 recto? Sealed back, right?
Cool. I have a pistol case that is similar to that. I will search for one that will hold 50 mags. It will be good for range trips. This thread got me to dig up an old unused flambeau box I got on clearance at Walmart. Small box but looks like it will hold tons of mags. Just plucking foam as I go.
Edit: was able to get 30 mags in there and room for 2 more.

Just ordered this bastard used for $75 from Amazon. It should hold 100 mags or more based on sizes of other cases.Cool. I have a pistol case that is similar to that. I will search for one that will hold 50 mags. It will be good for range trips.
Still not big enough. Portland is a shhh...err...crap-hole.The newly released "Trip to Downtown Portland" magazine case:

Where did you see that?
Got the Amazon "used" one. It's new and untouched. Making spaces for 8.3" revolver or Glock pdws used a lot more space than I thought. So using it for pistols only. If doing mags only you could get a gazillion in there. Depending on how you configure it you could also remove pistol(s) and put a line of mags in its place.... Stuff I've bought used from Amazon that says like new has always been indistinguishable from new. Customer probably returned it.
I also wonder if having the receipts with the guns that were bought 10 or 20 years ago, and the mags that were purchased therin would suffice? My Glock was purchased by my son along with many of the mags, when he was a Washington resident, nearly a decade ago.Because a picture in January 2025 is totally proof those things existed in your possession before December 2022. Makes sense if you don't think about it![]()
Yeah, I need to replenish my 9mm ball ammo. I made it out to shoot a day or too ago. Is hot about 400 rounds. The ammo situation still sucks. Background checks are still required by an FFL so you can't buy on line and have the ammo shipped to your door...unless you go get a collectible FFL license...which I've been thinking about doing but I keep hoping the existing court case on this issue gets resolved but the wheels of justice move excruciatingly slowly.
Looks like your'e set for life!
I will let you know when I post it, but I am writing an article on a guitar forum that I'm a moderator on, regarding the time I spent with Brad Gillis of Night Ranger, and what I learned about Mesa Amps. He is/or was a long time endorser. What do you think of the 1x12 recto? Sealed back, right?
