I am just pointing out the inconsistency. A kid does it for whatever reason and gets a warning. An old lady, who was probably threatened, shows that she will "refuse to be a victim" and gets thrown in jail.

If it was a law abiding concealed permit holder who accidentally brandished or printed while picking up a gallon of milk at Safeway there would be news trucks all over it.
