A couple of pictures from today. Could have posted in the Gun, Gear, Acc thread but I did shoot so I'm going to put it here.

Received my KRG Bravo for my Tikka T1x today.

Mostly took it out for the photo op but since I was there decided I might as well shoot a little. Unfortunately, the only clean target was at 25 yards but I bet I shot 10 more rounds than most today. :)

Thanks. I know it is only 25 yards but still not bad for 10 shots.

The scope is a Sightron SIII 6-24 Mil dot. Turns out that the 17 HMR with a 100 yard zero is almost exactly 1 mil low at 25.

Had to go try out the T1x again today but conditions were less than optimal. Good thing I had the yellow surround on the shoot&see targets so I could see where to center the cross hairs.

Shot (4) 10 shot groups at 100, 2 different kinds of ammo. Two groups with each kind of ammo.

And since I was there, a 10 shot group with the 6.5 CM.

Much better conditions today so I went to our longer range. It wasn't dark when we were shooting but it was by the time we went to take pictures of the target.

This is the 460 yard target, 8" plate. Those three little hits are 17 HMR.

37 MOA of elevation and 14.5 MOA of wind. By comparison, my 7mm was at 27 MOA of elevation and 3.5 MOA of wind at 1000 yards. Didn't get a picture of the 1000 yard target.

Here is a nice picture of a pair of KRG equipped guns from today. :)

Gorgeous morning shooting this morning. Got up there just at sunrise. Fog all the way until you got above about 2500ft. Then frost and sun. It was .22 day. Took all the ones real wood so we could give them some exercise before they get cleaned and put back in the safe for the winter. Wife ran a bunch of ammo through her new SR22 without a problem. Forgot my bouncy target and paper targets so had to improvise with some broken clay pigeons so no target pictures.
