Do I have one!
Guy pulls up to the range and on a cease fire asks us all this question.

"Dad is a WWII vet, he can't walk very well but would like to shoot some, would anyone here mind if I parked my Jeep parallel to the range, so dad can rest his rifle on the drivers side door and shoot a few magazines? "

We all shook his hand.

I did a little shooting today. Little warm over here on the eastside but not much you can do about that. ;) The theme of the day was my lack of concentration. Everyone of the groups pictured would have been much better if I had stopped one or two shots earlier.

Started with my Springfield 1911 because I cleaned it hoping to fix a problem I am having with it. Cleaning didn't fix the problem and my old eyes didn't help the target look any better either.

Moved on to my Ruger Precision Rimfire 22lr at 50 yards. Getting it sighted in again after changing to higher rings. The group on the right is a great 13 shot group. :(

Then to my RPR in 6.5 CM. Again, pretty darn good 9 shot group but the 10th kind of ruined it. L%wq3N99TxajXHxZWqMc9A.jpg

And a pic of the rifles. I do seem to get a nice cloud/skyline background in these pics. HkEz4rhzS3ePL3jkjgVslw.jpg

Crazy times we live in....heard some kids got expelled for posting shooting pictures....nothing bad, just targets etc.....expelled!!!!! High school.....crazy days....

Took the mp5 out to the pit for some initial zeroing at whatever the close targets were, then dialed in eventually at 25yds. Shot 1in low out the box at 25yd ..and after a slight adjustment it is on point...runnin irons only, like god intended . Yippee ki-yay!

Got up to the pit today with @Melmelhunter .
So she could shoot her AR and I could shoot my AR PISTOL.
spent a few minutes on each getting the sights set .
Then let lose a few mag's .
We had our own spotter calling out shots lol. Screenshot_2019-10-09_192644.jpg Screenshot_2019-10-09_192439.jpg MVIMG_20191009_135140.jpg MVIMG_20191009_135211.jpg MVIMG_20191009_135232.jpg MVIMG_20191009_135322.jpg MVIMG_20191009_135319.jpg

Did a little shooting a couple of weeks ago. Thought I would get a couple of comparison pics. Turns out to be pretty difficult to get good through the scope pics. Image quality actually looking through both scopes is much better than the pictures represent. Both pics are looking at an 18" target at 1000 yards.
