How far are you willing to drive? Are you willing to join a public range or do you want to shoot out in the hinderlands all by yourself? They have closed most of the shooting on state land anywhere near Spokane as far as I can tell. Everyplace was piled with garbage and spent shells anyway, I can't really blame them.

I solved the problem for myself by buying my own piece of rifle range. No visitors allowed there either,,sorry.
