This is most likely not about any kind of Jihad but rather a mentally ill person going on a rampage - probably due to his ex-girlfriend. This guy didn't want to die - he didn't stick around and shoot it out with the cops.

Correct. Besides, the Death Penalty isn't a general, but a specific deterrent. This individual needs to be removed from the gene pool. There's no reason for the public to feed and house this self-centered jerk.

Any first year Administration Of Justice student will tell you that many, if not most, homicides are committed on impulse. Most aren't premeditated. This was cold-blooded and deliberate, the man committed several felonies (including election fraud). This should qualify this candidate for the Death Penalty in nearly every state that has the extreme punishment on the books.

Arcan Cetin, 20, hanged himself while in custody on Sunday night, according to The Skagit County prosecutor handling the case.

It was not immediately clear how Cetin died.
