If its like the older M40 mask you can use a single filter on your off side and shoot decently. You should only need two filters if you are in a really dirty environment.
And nothing mentioning shooting with a mask and a beard? I would have to shave to get a proper seal ...or smother it in vaseline.

and what if you get shot by bullets the enemy coughed all over? Did he wash his hands before loading?

After I laughed at that the next thing I wondered was troops. How they used their weapons while having to wear the PPE stuff we sent them to war with. I don't think I had ever really thought about that during all the scare of chemical warfare coming back again.
