Ship bullets ( not cartridges or primers) via USPS?

i mistakenly ordered a box of 9mm bullets ( as in re-loading supplies ) from Midway. Anyone tried to ship those via US Postal Service? It isn't ammunition, technically.

No big deal, toss them in the mail. I get brass and bullets in the mail all the time.

My local mail lady doesn't particular care for it when I order 2500 at a time, but they still do it. Now she knows to come to the door to get me, or use the hand truck by the garage door.

The bullet casters just love to buy/sell lead ingots.. flat rate USPS.
Bullets are fine unless of course they're like tracers or something.

The Blue Bullets only ships via USPS - in fact I have 2 cases coming today -- my post lady is going to hate me as that's nearly 140lb packed into 2 medium priority mail boxes.

Comtry bullets are OK in the USPS.

Ended up getting a PO box and it works out a lot better.
