Short and sweet. I carry a 4" S&W M66 IBW in a modified holster from A. E. Nelson at appendix position. I like tucked clothing so this is my best bet. When the M66 is in the shop, the appendix IWB makes it possible to carry my 6" 686+ in the same holster.

I also have a DeSantis thumb break scabbard for use when I am wearing an overgarment long enough to cover. It does not conceal the 4" barrel very well so it is a special occasion holster.

I tried Alien wear but just cannot get comfortable--or concealed.
