If I remember correctly, one just sold on here for $8000. You just take it to a class 3 ffl and let them take care of you.

I assume I need paperwork with it like his old MG license? Proof that he owned it?

Far as I can read I can file a form 5 since I am the trustie on the will he had.. and get it put in my name.. or sell it... through a class 3 dealer

I would talk to a local class three dealer, I am sure they run into this situation more than most attorneys you will find.
