See-through scope mounts

Does anyone make these kind of scope mounts for rails? Or would I be stuck with the traditional rings? I ask because the rail on the Galil Ace is two sections, and traditional scope rings may or may not work depending on the scope. And the burris PEPR only kinda lets you use both with it (if its far back enough you can, other than that nope).

The reason I ask is because I like shooting with both iron sights and scopes, but don't like taking the scope off. I don't like to trust a QD scope mount to return to zero. Some do, or at least claim to do so, but I don't like the idea of trusting it.
