Section Last post doesn't change after thread move

I noticed today that the Last Post listing (in this case NWFA Announcements) didn't match what was in the Section. I clicked on it from the section listing and it went to another section (probably because it was appropriately moved).

Those are updated every few minutes rather than in real-time (for performance reasons).
