Seattle confirms free legal help in fight against preemption

Seattle City Attorney Pete Holmes confirmed this morning in a press release that the City of Seattle is getting free legal assistance from a high-powered international law firm to fight a lawsuit filed by three major Second Amendment groups against the city's so-called "gun violence tax."

Even Salon is calling Bloomberg the greatest threat to our country ever. They think he is more dangerous than the left's "super" enemy, the Koch Brothers. Article is a little old, but when even your own side is calling you a national threat, that's saying something.

Knowing that free legal assistance for a transgression against state preemption law is available does not, and should not insulate or indemnify any city official for their intentional and willing violation of a RCW.

I wonder how many "free legal assistance" offers are actually Bloomberg&co. backed?

You know what is scary if bloomy keeps at this pace he will run himself in 2020 and win.
If we look carefully at the conditioning its poising him for a hostile take over. You can be darn sure he would use marshal law to remove firearms at force. But first he has to soften the American people a bit more.
