SDS vest; 3 magazine pouches (not sure of make, but not airsoft), grenade pouch, 6 MALICE clips (holding the pouches on.

Will this fit XL or XXL?

I'm an XXL kind of guy and it fits me with some room to spare. I'm not sure if it would crank down to an M, though. Should be no problem for you if you get rid of a little of that silver you've got.
