I am looking for a new scope for my 7mm rifle. I will be shooting 100 to 400 yards. What would be a good scope and one that is reasonable priced.

Mmmm lots of variations on the definition of "reasonable". What's the price range?

My buddies dad has bought and sold cases of glass looking for competitive quality at a bargain price.

He only buys leupold gold series now and that's what is on all of his rifles.

    Spendy but very worth it.

I would like to stay in a price range of 400 to 800 Leupold scopes are very good but it seems like they are on the high side. I was wondering if there are other brands that are really good .
