School me on no-wifi, wireless surveillance cameras

I have a building that I need to keep an eye on remotely. There is no-wifi and no power. I'm thinking a cellular trail cam may be the answer? I need one I can hide, with no lights, and how long will batteries work or does solar work better. I have Sprint cellular service now. Thanks for the help!

Arlo go would be an option. Definitely doesntlook cheap though

I saw those....I have arlo wi-fi at home now and like it. I'm worried a unit that nice would be stolen in an outdoor application.
