SCAR 17 Package For Sale or Trade for NVGs

I'm looking to sell or trade my Belgian made and marked SCAR 17.

The rifle has had a little less than 600 rounds through it. I'm primarily looking for dual tube NVGs for trade. (GenIII OMNI VII or better) (PVS 31s, PVS15s, DTNVG, ETC) OR $7000 for the complete package or best offer.

It includes:

7x Loaded, used mags (M80 Ball, Lake City)
5x unloaded, used mags
3x new mags
Elcan Specter DR, 1.5-6x, military version. (7.62 Nato BDC), also has L3 MRDS on top.
Mk17 Bolt Carrier (assembled in the gun)
Mk17 5.56 Conversion Bolt Carrier (you will need to find a 5.56 conversion lower and barrel assembly for this to be used)
SCAR17 Bolt Carrier (Civilian version that came with the gun from the factory)
Military, non folding stock (was specific to the .mil and not available otherwise)
An extra FDE Pistol grip
Tango Down Mini Forgrip
Atlas Bipod w/ ADM QD mount
BFG SAW Sling
KAC QD Sling Mount
Somewhere between 200-400 M62 Tracer rounds
Somewhere between 100-300 M82 Ball (loose, in the ammo can, not including what's already loaded in mags)
Replica UID Tag (It's peeling, but I can point you towards somewhere to get a replacement for less than $10)

I will ship, but only after the money has cleared or I have a set of NVGs in hand. And I will only ship to an FFL.
I'm willing to drive up to 2 hours to meet you so you can look at the rifle in person.
I will not ship to states where the rifle or magazines are not legal.
NVGs will beat any cash offer.
