SBR engraving

Trevor from KustomT Engraving in Auburn did a couple SBRs for me today. It looks great and took less than half an hour. Really cool to see the laser work it's magic. Here are some pictures and couple sample cards he made for me since I'm considering doing a logo on my SCAR.

How deeply does the laser engrave? I talked to a guy about laser engraving once but he said it didn't go deep enough (0.003") to meet ATF requirements; does your guy's laser go deeper?

It will go deep. I went and saw Trevor from KustomT tonight. He showed me some examples where he had cut like a 1/16th into the part and I think it would cut deeper. I have an appointment to do some work tomorrow. I'll ask him if there are any limitations

Bye engraving did 3 sbr lowers for me. $60 total and about half an hour. Great company, with great guys

I'm sure he can go as deep or shallow as you want..just requires multiple passes with the laser. Message him on Facebook or send a text his way.
