Before I send my AR lower off to Orion or Indent to be engraved for my SBR, is there anyone in WA, OR or ID that is doing SBR engraving?

I haven't had a chance to use BYE yet, but based on all that I have read about their service I will choose them when the time comes to engrave my UZI.

I'll third BYE, everything was super clean, met specifications per ATF, and I think I paid 25$....maybe 30$. One day turn around since I dropped a stripped unregistered lower off.

Engraving is to ATF specs. They engrave for the local law enforcement.

I plan on contacting some local engravers, but wanted to see who everyone else has been using and get some feedback before I start down the path of the unknown. I would prefer to pay a little bit more for a known commodity, rather than take a chance on the unknown.

I always use BYE Engraving. Great people and they do great work. I'm guessing the OP is in Spokane, so I'd personally try to find a place that's a little closer than 350mi away.

I also have used Bye for several SBR's. There main business was engraving flight controls for boeing but that has been moved in house. They are amazing to deal with.

yes they laser engraved the airborne artwork I sent them and did the NFA engraving on the opposite side of the receiver

Went to Bye this morning. Great experience. Cool guys to shoot the breeze with and I got to stand 'right there' and watch the whole process. 3rd generation engravers who know what they are doing. It was cool/educational to watch real craftsman do their thing. I had 4 guns done, $25/gun if you pay with cash. If I am ever fortunate enough to get more NFA stuff, I'll be going to Bye for sure.

Guy behind me in line had a SCAR he was SBRing...dunno if he's a member here or not, but he's got a sweet rifle!

No need to reengrave, if that's what you're asking. It's where the NFA item was made, not where it's owned/stored/used.
