Washington SB 5050 Resolution and Reintroduced

So I got an email today saying that SB 5050 was reintroduced in a special hearing by resolution today. So I'm not an expert on Washington's legal process but does this mean it's not dead and that it will be up for another reading and committee hearing next year?
