Savage Model 340 in 30-30 caliber. Very good overall condition. Bluing is 60; wood is very good; bore is excellent, action is smooth. THIS RIFLE WOULD MAKE AN EXCELLENT RAINY DAY OR LEAVE IT IN THE TRUCK RIFLE. Clip is missing (replacements available for $35); but a nice clean shootable gun.

did you get this from a guy in Roseburg? I think I saw him try to seel it at a gunshop here... fairly clean gun really, they said no way when he said it was missing a clip.

No, I've had this for a few years just sitting in the safe. It is no beauty queen, but you don't have to baby it either.
