Actually if your interested and want to meet me at an FFL on Vancouver it is possible. I've learned most people don't want to. My understanding is buyer has to not only do a transfer there is some new bs fee in Washington for semi auto rifles. I think it's 15.00. If anyone else has input on here, please let me know if I'm right or wrong. I also understand not all FFL's in Vancouver will do it. I would be happy to sell it to you if it's possible. Thanks.

FYI, a Washington resident can purchase this rifle legally in Oregon without any participation involving A Wa FFL.

Please show me any law that would prohibit this sale in Oregon based on the buyer being a Wa resident.

Unfortunately I don't have the time to look that up. Maybe someone on here knows the answer. All the firearms I have on here belong to a friend who has become ill. I have to go by what the FFL down here says. If you think you're interested in this fire arm, let me know. thanks.

Ok. I just talked to another FFL. I think the first one just didn't want to do it (which he could of just said so). Anyway, I guess it can be done, but none of the FFL'S Portland currently want to do it. I deal with another FFL in a different part of Oregon and they say they do it. Thanks.

I would shun any FFL that would not help facilitate a legal transaction.

I'm selling this rifle for a friend who has become Ill. It's not mine, however I own one also. These are great little rifles with alot more punch than 22 LR. In my opinion, the only downside is the cost of ammo. As with anything, that's subjective. Thanks for looking.
