Wind power is now cost effective. (I know that because I worked on the contracts for the Horizon wind farm in western NY.) I support a massive investment in wind turbines and the electrical grid so the power can be moved where it's needed. If we do this as a public works project, as was done to build our interstate road network, and mandate a large percentage in US made products, we can greatly reduce our need for middle eastern oil and put Americans to work in good-paying jobs making and installing the equipment. The environmental benefits would be gravy.

I support offshore drilling but I do not support offshore drilling without using the best technology to protect the environment. We let the oil companies make tens of billions in the last 10 years but didn't require them to build equipment to plug blowouts. That lack of oversight was foolish & we are paying for it in the gulf today.

Look into the distribution costs pal. Waaay out of the budget!

What do I say? I say provide the data that linked Obama to wrongdoing or ethical violations outside of just being associated to those groups. Or is it guilt by association? Do you really want to go down that rabbit hole?

One personal attack after another. They damn sure didn't want to hear about her voter approval rating or her record in AK.

And for as long as I can remember, since the '68 election, prez candidates' lives became a fishbowl with no stone left unturned by the entire media.
Not so with the prez we have now. The press wanted him and gave him a total pass. No college info, few if any financials etc. Turned the other way on associations and made nothing of "I wrote the AWB" gaff-a-minute Joe's repeated idiocy.

So Sarah has been immortalized with a Remington 870.
I wonder who will build the shackles Obama will be immortalized with?

Sorry brethern and sistern if my rantings became personal. It's just that the suspension of disbelief of facts becomes relevent to the topic.
I served my country for 5 years in the Marine Corps and it kills me to see folks dismantle all the freedoms we fought and died for by one badly informed vote.
As to the relevence to firearms, the commander in chief has just given approval to the U.N.'s latest attempt to overthrow our constitutional 2nd ammmendment and 1st ammendment rights.
Is this relevent enough for you now?
Guilt by association is guilt nevertheless, no? Those who ignore history are doomed to repeat the mistakes of the past. Never has socialism improved society, and communism has murdered millions in the name of political expediance.
