Good write up.
The body of man wearing a dress, with a tiny little sarah palin head on it.
It looks like someones homoerotic fantasy in watercolor aranoid:
I have mixed feelings on this one. Love my 870 it has never disappointed me, while Sarah Palin does every time she opens her mouth. I would love to get behind her, but she just comes off to me as being dumb as a box of rocks.
I apologize in advance to all her fans
Glad you liked "Kalashnakitty"!
I kind of agree with you. While I support much of what what Sarah says, she doesn't communicate in the most effective way at times. Politics is about communication and message and what connects with the electorate. While I agree with much of what Palin says, she is preaching to the far right for the most part. I think she will continue to be a political force for conservatives, but I think she is unelectable to higher office.
BTW, love my 870 too, along with my Ithaca 37's.
Did you see the original Norman Rockwell cover with "Rosie" on it?
She's got beefier arms than Sarah's.
And what do you think capable women should have for arms? Model-esque toothpicks?
It took more than Hollywood's "ideal" woman to build aircraft, Jeeps and tanks during WWII.
A little insecurity maybe?
But there's something in between. It's not like the only two possible choices are the toothpick type models seen in most advertisements and manliness.
Won the Iquiterod.
I started to see the image and a flash of Brittney Spears getting out of her car came before my eyes.
What has been seen cannot be unseen.
Sarah's hot!! Gives me a shiver up my leg! Greydog.
If you like you're women looking like a shaven Chuck Norris, I'm not going to bash you.... It's just not my cup-0-tea
They seek attention for the same reasons and should be ignored for the same reasons.
Let The Games Begin
I never said I was considering her for an intimate relationship.
I take it that's how you see all women, only as potential bed partners. That's the only reason for that criteria to be a factor in your judgment of that image.
So that's the only value women have in your eyes? As a decoration? Trophy wife?
As a *potential* leader, it would be important for countries that don't allow women in leadership roles to see her strengths.
But if all you are interested in women, regardless of their position, is their potential as a mate, I can understand how you might look at that image of her with disfavor.
You're going to have to get beyond that attitude before you end up on the wrong side of a harassment lawsuit.
Big news niceguy,... These days women aren't required to stay barefoot, pregnant and in-the-kitchen.
They are now allowed to shoot, field dress and process game, hold political office, be corporate heads, and even be national leaders.
You probably don't think much of Angela Merkel for the same reason(s).
Welcome to the 21st century.
I think it is telling how many people in a gun forum choose to bash the ONLY candidate in the last Presidential election that stood up proudly for the 2nd Amendment.
Made protecting American gun rights a part of her campaign, and was/is a member of the NRA.
Also telling how many people evaluate a candidate on their entire package vs. one individual issue.
What 2nd Amendment rights have been taken away from you under the current administration? I've seen market-driven behavior change the landscape, but nothing substantial that even compares to 1994.
