Sand blasting places???

I have been looking at an M44 mosin lately and it needs a bit done to it for it to be in working condition. that includes sand blasting the outside of the barrel and reciever. i was wondering if there is a place in beaverton aloha or hillsboro that will sandblast for cheapish. and if anyone knows if PCC will sandblast just the barrel or is that a big no no even if its just the barrel of the rifle and not it completely assembled?
