Steel target on a stand. This model, just older style base:
Tactical Torso-L

Target plate is in good condition with minor dings on the edges. Vertical part of the stand had a few holes that were patched up (welded). This is a rifle rated target.

10 yards I believe, Salute probably has some recommendations published.

From Salute's website:

"Recommended minimum distances from steel targets to shooter are 10 yards for pistols and 75 yards for rifles. Spectators should stand 10 yards behind the shooter."
