South West Washington Medical Center is also posted. Since I have a WA CPL I ignore it unless I'm the patient (which has never happened).

Not everyone posts it I guess.

CCP holders are restricted to not carry in airports, federal buildings and court house buildings and their adjacent rooms.

I'm no legal expert, but my work requires me to enter nonrestricted parts of PDX several times per week. ORS 166.173 allows cities and counties to regulate carry of loaded firearms in public places. PDX is considered a district and districts are prohibited from makes their own laws regarding firearms. ORS 778.010 shows that the Port of Portland is a district. More information on this can be found in ORS 166.170 through 166.176 and 174.020.

I hope this is not considered as 'thread jacking'. Just wanted to present the law as it was explained to me.

You can carry your firearm at PDX with a valid license but you can not go past secuired points. So as long as you don't try to go past security checks you will be fine. As far as OCing....I don't think that would be a good idea....but if I am not mistaking you could.
