Why do you think it has a Penatrator core??

It doesn't have a penetrator core . I shot thousands of rounds of this stuff when it was available from SAMCO global arms. It is good ammo and it is corrossive , and all of it I shot was either lead or bi metal core ammo, most of it was made for central American contracts
