SAKO FINNBEAR L61R 300 WEATHERBY MAGNUM. This rifle started out as a 300 Winchester magnum. My dad purchased it to replace the 300 Weatherby that was stolen. He had it converted by a pro smith to a 300 Weatherby magnum. At the time he hunted in Alaska and Canada where it was not uncommon to run across a bear or two. In addition to the conversion, he also had it magna ported. Yes, it is a little louder but the kick is close to that of my 270 and 30:06. Sweet rifle. His first one was not ported. It kicked like a mule and I had a (you guessed it) half moon stamped above my right eye and a shiner. So much for the chat.
The rifle has an adjustable trigger and a Leupold 2X7 VARI-X II scope. Asking $1,295.00.
As for trades, my interests are high end 1911s, HK Expert in 40 or 45. etc.
