Keith's Sporting Goods in Gresham carries Sako rifles. Sako is now a subsidiary of Beretta, and is part of their product line. So actually any dealer that sells Beretta firearms should be able to get you a Sako rifle.

As to whether they would have such a specialized gun as the TRG-22 in stock or not, well, you would need to give them a call. I'm doubtful that is a rifle that Cabela's or Sportsman's Warehouse would have in stock at a store. But you could try them too, if you like.

Sakos are all pretty much premium, high quality firearms. About the only execption is their Tikka T3 line, which is meant for the masses.

I've always had good luck finding guns in stock at Keith's in the past, when I could not find a specific model anywhere in the Willamette Valley.
