Made in Russia by Izhmash and imported by EAA Corp, Cocoa Florida. Ive put about 200 rounds through this rifle and it performs flawlessly no matter what type of ammo you use. I'm only letting her go because I bought 2 new toys and there is no room left in the gun safe. After I purchased it I installed a Bullet guide (which allows this rifle to accept standard AK47 Magazines), hand-guard Quad Rail, Skeleton Stock w/cheek rest, Tromix enhanced over-sized slide handle & a Dust Cover with Picatinny rail mount (for a scope or red dot). I will also throw in one of my brand new never used Tapco 30rd magazines.

$650 cash

Not that the ATF will hunt you down.. But the 30 round mag in an unconverted saiga violates 922r. The picture could be held as evidence.
Just giving you a heads up.

However, the 30 round mag violates the (stupid) 922r "sporting" rifle definition.
A mag of 10rnds or under would apply.

The saigas have to have the following replaced to allow the use of a 30 round or above 10 round mag:
FCG, stock, forearm or piston.

A stock and forearm don't add enough parts.

Not nit picking, just a friendly reminder letting everyone know.

Its by far the easiest thing to start hammering down on for the neo socialist government we have now.
And if its on the web, its public.

Only a matter of time.

Yes 922r is stupid, we need to repeal it.
Ive been in the Saiga/AK game for a few years.
You could always say a 10/30 (comes with a "limiter") US mag, then its harder to prove lol.

When it's a capacity over 10 rounds, then yes.
Trust me I'm not the only one that'll tell you this.
Read the full 922r import regulation.
It WILL mention it.
Check out Saiga-12 forum.

Im pointing out a fact, and out of nothing more than to just let a fellow NWFA member know.

American made or not, a mag that has a capacity of over the import mags capacity for "sporting use" violates 922r unless enough American made parts are in the rifle.
Again, its a horribly written regulation that millions ignore.
Perhaps this instance wont matter. The ATF and gun grabbers don't know jack even their own regulations.. But then again this may be the first instance where 922r is taken to court?

For me, it doesn't matter and I find it unconstitutional and absurd.
