Just posting for anyone who might have some. Also wondering what it means that the powder "unstable due to possible rapid deterioration" What is considered "rapid" in the powder world? I hear people post who have original sealed powder decades old. When does it become unstable enough that I have to drown it in water to keep it from going Nuclear?
