We have had the discussion of how to safely store firearms many times in the past.
I am a firm believer that firearm storage is a major concern for those of us that have small children and that there is no excuse for leaving firearms unattended around small children.
I am also someone that does leave a firearm in my car and wants to take reasonable precautions to make sure it is as secure as possible.
I use different safes for my EDC and my nightstand gun in addition to the main safes I use to store my collection. I use quick access safes for my nightstand gun and my edc. I feel it is important a nightstand safe be easily opened in the dark.
I finally sat down and put all of the ways I secure my firearms at home and in the car on video and posted it to youtube so people could see all the methods as they are used.
