I have a new Surplus Ammo and Arms AR-15 in a 16" HBAR. Barrel: 5.56/.223 made with 4140 Chrome Moly Steel, 1/9 Twist Rate, M4 Feed Ramps, indexed upper rail. SAA lower (Made by AERO who also makes Spikes Lowers) with DPMS LPK and new A2 Stock. Nikon rubber coated tactical 3-9x40 scope and rings are optional for an additional $85. Comes with three new metal 30 round mags (green followers). Price is $615 (OBO). Again, this is an unfired AR - New.
