I have a couple in a Kahr CW380. They add a bit of complexity to magazine assembly and cleaning, but I like the extra round and they are staying in the magazines. Seem to work fine after a few hundred rounds with no problems.

SootchOO just did a youtube videoabout installing these on a Glock 42 and a 9mm Shield. They seemed to work OK so I might try these again. I used them on a bodyguard .380 and ended up tossing them. Hopefully they have improved, but the Shield gets a two part spring assembly. Seems complex...
