Function and condition are excellent

APEX TRIGGER KIT: Installed shoe and springs = 1000% improved trigger. Changes shoe safety from hinged to blade (like a Glock). Springs reduce trigger pull from factory 8lb to about 5.5 lb (same as factory Glock pull weight). Trigger is much smoother - not spongy. Break is cleaner. Feels a lot like my Glocks.

How often has it been used?

Guy I bought if from didn't like it, so he didn't shoot it much. It looked new when I bought it.
I've put exactly 313 rounds through it. Almost all after the installation of the Apex trigger.
Last time I shot it was in July of 2021. Sits in safe. Time for it to go, in order to make room.
