S&W releases Shield 9 EZ

Besides the grip safety, which again is nothing new...what other features are similar? The EZ is internally hammer fired, different size, weight and ergos. Yep, it's a gun. But I don't see any other similarities.

So I'm gonna stick with my original statement here that they are not a good comparison.

Fair enough.. we each have our own opinions. I wasnt flaming you or your post(s). I just truly don't see a difference. Short of the internal hammer over the striker the feautures seem the same as the XD and XDS line. The smooth racking does have me curious.. especially if its close to a 92fs

I know nothing of the Springfield XD line of pistols.

EZ slide rackers are they?

the XD? Easy to rack? No easier than a Glock. Grip safety doesn't equate to ease of slide operation.
