Nice looking revolver. A more accurate description would be M&P Model of 1905 4th change. The one line address indicates this revolver wad made sometime between mid 1922 and mid 1948. The grips are not original.
I have had the 1905 4th change which was considered a hand ejector model which had a different ejector rod. it's been a bit since I've looked at it but I'm pretty it's a 4 screw which the 1905 was a 5 screw
