WTS OR S&W Model 59 9mm: "The Original Wonder 9"

Are you a collector of Smith & Wesson firearms? If you are, for sale is a S&W Model 59, one of the original "Wonder 9's". This all metal pistol was produced for the military as a high capacity (15 round) double stack DA/SA semi-auto. It was manufactured from 1971 to 1980. This gun eats anything put in the mag, including hollow-point ammo. I picked this up as a project gun because it has small scratches on Rt/Lft outside front trigger guard and right side above the trigger guard before the dust cover. Nothing dramatic, could be easily repaired, or not as a great range gun. Two S&W 15 round mags and one 17 round Mecgar mag. Two holsters including an original leather Gould & Goodrich LE duty holster. Looking for $350 OBO cash! Better hurry because the you-know-what bill is going to pass. Must have Oregon ID or CHL. FTF only.

I have one and like it fine. The ONLY gig I have is the mag has to be inserted to fire.

Pistol has been sold. Thanks to everyone who patiently waited to see if it sold. Seeing it go was kinda like that wistful feeling you get when an old friend goes away.
